MGO Thermocouples

Industrial Thermocouples
Thermo Sensors Industrial thermocouples are widely used in process industry applications. Thermocouples are generally selected by determining the particular conditions under which it must perform. These conditions which have recommended wire and material selections and are grouped in types.

RTD's
Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTD's). These detectors are frequently used in the plastics industries and many others. Care must be taken to eliminate moisture and vibration effects can be troublesome as well. Thermo Sensors provides the utmost in current state of the art in materials, techniques and research.

Thermowells
Thermowells are used to provide an isolation between a temperature sensor and the environment, either liquid, gas or slurry. A thermowell allows the temperature sensor to be removed and replaced without compromising either the ambient region or the process.

Wire
Thermo Sensors' thermocouple and extension wires are known for their quality performance and reliability. Careful attention is given to the proper selection and matching of conductors to ensure conformance to standard limits of error as defined in ANSI C96.1. Unless otherwise specified, all wire will be furnished to standard limits of error. Many of the wires are available with special limits of error and must be specified when ordering.

Accessories
Thermo Sensors accessories include everything to complete the assembly and protect the terminals and wire from the often hostile environments in which they function. These accessories include the explosion and weatherproof caps to compression fittings and terminal blocks.
